Liiluu uses Australia Post to deliver your parcel in prepaid satchels. We will always try to minimise your postage costs and we do not charge any more than the standard Australia Post costs.
By using the online shop your postage will be automatically calculated on the basis of weight.
Satchels are bought by us in 500g or 3kg weight allowances. Because clothes vary in size and weight it may be necessary to vary shipping costs at the time of despatch - if that is the case we will always contact you, explain the situation and get your approval for the increased cost. Some bulky items for example, coats or jackets may require their own satchel, this will be obvious when you place an order.
Liiluu is unable to accept responsibility for deliveries for parcels that have not been signed for. By choosing a delivery method that does not require a signature, you are agreeing to these terms.
Liiluu is unable to offer any compensation for lost parcels, but will offer all reasonable assistance with locating any missing parcels.
For orders over A$300, you will not be able to select a delivery method that does not require a signature. This is for the protection of our customers.
We highly recommend using a business/work address as your delivery address as signatures may be required for delivery.
Delivery Methods
Parcel Post (Australia Post)
Liiluu cannot be held responsible for any parcels sent using this method as it is not a trackable system. By accepting this as your delivery method you are accepting sole responsibility for the parcel. No compensation will be offered by Liiluu in the case of non-delivery. Delivery times are dependant on your location. The cost for parcel post is determined by the weight of the article(s).
Express Post (Australia Post)
Next day delivery is subject to Australia Post's next day service network from Sydney and your location. See Australia Post's website for more information. Since this method does not require a signature, Liiluu is unable to accept any responsibility for the delivery of the parcel. By accepting this as your delivery method you are accepting sole responsibility for the parcel. No compensation will be offered by Liiluu in the case of non-delivery. The cost for express post is determined by weight.
Registered Post (Australia Post)
Registered post requires a signature at the delivery address and is your guarantee by Australia Post. Any orders over $300 will automatically be sent by this method. There is an additional cost for registered post as determined by Australia Post.
International Delivery - Air Mail
Liiluu currently uses Australia Post to Airmail orders to international destinations - this will then feed into your normal postal service. Liiluu cannot be held responsible for the delivery of any international parcels. All parcels are sent by air mail and costs are determined by the weight of the parcel and the delivery destination. All postal costs are calculated on the website prior to final purchase.
