Return & Refund

We understand that on-line clothes shopping has its limitations and want to make the process easy for you!  

So while we would like you to make your purchase by choosing carefully,  we offer all www.liiluu.com.au customers a choice of exchange or refund on purchases other than sale items.


Return Conditions 

If you would like to return an item please email  info@liiluu.com.au as soon as possible, giving us the item code and the purchase order number. We will not accept returns unless they arrive within 10 days from the original purchase date.

No refunds, credit or exchanges will be offered for products that have had tags removed, have been worn or washed or are damaged in any way (except where an item is faulty from the manufacturer). 

For hygiene reasons, please ensure that all garments are tried on over your own underwear. Items for return should be kept in a smoke and perfume free environment (as well as any other strong odours) as returns will be refused on items that are returned smelling of tobacco smoke or strong odours. Returned items that have been damaged or worn will be returned to the customer without a refund or credit note. 


Can I get an exchange or credit note?

Yes, we do exchange, but we can't always guarantee the item will be available by the time we receive your returned item.

If it's no longer available you will be issued an online store credit, which you can use in our online shop to purchase another item. Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.


Can I get a refund?

Yes, when you return your item we are happy to give you a refund if that is your choice - please specify that in your email to us. We are unable to refund postage costs associated with that purchase.

Refunds will only be made by the original payment method, and in the case of credit cards only back to the original card. Please note depending on the payment method, refunds may take up to 14 days, though it is typically less. Credits cannot be exchanged for cash.


Postage Costs on Returns


If you decide to return an item for any reason, you acknowledge that you will bear the cost of postage of any return items.  If the item is returned because it is faulty Liiluu will waive the cost of postage of the replaced item.  If you are an international customer all replacement items will incur an additional postage cost.


Liiluu cannot be held responsible for items that have not reached us, and for this reason we suggest that you use a signed for delivery method, such as Registered Post. On receipt of your exchange and after processing, you will receive an email confirming the items returned and the details of any exchange or refund.

We normally process your return within 3 business days of receipt. The address for returns is;
